Our Founding Story

My Little Big Boss was born from a simple but powerful belief.

Every child and young adult has the potential to shape the future. What started as a personal parenting journey has grown into a mission that inspires children, professionals, educators, and entrepreneurs.

The founders themselves are entrepreneurs who have experienced the challenges faced by parents and the next generation of changemakers. Their journey inspired them to create MLBB — a platform designed to help spark an early interest in entrepreneurship among the young, empowering them to see opportunities, think creatively, and build solutions for real-world problems.

In today’s world, education often focuses more on academics than on practical learning — yet it’s through real-world experience that young minds truly develop the skills to thrive. Entrepreneurship nurtures these essential skills, preparing the next generation to lead with purpose and innovation.

Ray Tay

Co-founder

Ray holds a double degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. A former managing director in shipbuilding and a father of two, he is passionate about inspiring kids to be creative and pursue their dreams.

Co-founder

See See earned Honours in MSc Technopreneurship and Innovation from NTU and has worked as an adjunct tutor. She co-founded her own fashion label and is passionate about using technology to bridge unmet needs.

Dave Ng

Co-founder

Dave is co-founder of Big Tiny Group and founded Polygo Waste Management. A father of four, he believes in sharing business knowledge early to enrich younger generations with essential skills.

Gabriel, Jiawen Tay

Director of Customer Solution

Gabriel leads Customer Solution at Emplifi with a strong background in engineering and digital solutions. He envisions a lifelong learning adventure for children, young adults, and professionals alike.
